This is environmentally sensitive land and does not address the issue for which is it being used. Affordable housing is needed, which is easily accomplished by increasing residential density within municipal limits.
Advancing in an area which has not been assessed for environmental impacts is irresponsible and wrong. Bypassing input from stakeholders is wrong. No government should be above the law and Mr. Ford is yet again denying due and legal process.
