The province needs smart intensification to address affordable housing, not urban sprawl in land designated to protect from future climate change disasters. The Greenbelt in it's entirety is inherently more valuable than any single family dwelling and fast urban sprawl can generate.
This is the worst and most destructive plan ever put forth by a recent government and will have ramifications for every future generation. Please consider terminating and show the public that developers are not leading your every decision.
