I see the maps but I don't see the plan !

I oppose new legislation because the projected land transfer seems be not a part of the plan which should take into account many factors, especially:
1. Where are the jobs?
2. Demographics & financial abilities of future inhabitants.
3. What kind of dwelling should be build to optimize land using and facilitate future development.
4. Locations of the new development which should support logical development of transportation, infrastructure.
5. Nearly all the maps are indicating that proposed locations are on the extension of the actual suburban sprawl; looks like urbanistic concepts from ‘50 absolutely not matching modern world. Rejuvenation of declining part of our cities and support for development of alternative economical centers in Ontario has been not taken into account.
