The environmental costs cannot be recovered if Greenbelt land is developed. Build up, not out.
Add lands in the Paris Galt Moraine to the Greenbelt Area, protect headwaters of the rivers.
Also, there seems to be a conflict of interest for premier Ford due to the funds received from developers.
This proposal is ethically and morally wrong for so many reasons.
