You didn’t run on this. I didn’t ask for this.

Pass this bill and you prove only that you care about short term gain for a select few over what is best for our planet’s future and for our children’s future.

I did note vote for the Progressive Conservative Party only to see it corrupted by cronyistic, damaging policies like this.

I will not accept the erosion of principled governance and its replacement by short-sighted, destructive and vindictive wandering.

I will remember this, if the government “for the people” passes this ill-conceived legislation.

I will not accept the decline of solid, traditional, Ontario conservative values, the ones that I grew up with and the ones that have always, always, always placed ensuring our children’s futures at th top of what is being prioritized.

Do not pass this bill.

Find a better way. One that builds on conservative values befitting our current situation, rather than one that is steeped in the antiquated notions of long past generations.

Be the party I’ve been proud of. Construct forward-thinking solutions within conservative boundaries.

Pass this bill and risk forcing moderate conservatives out of your tent in rather quick fashion.

I will not stand for this kind of recklessness.
