I am completely opposed to the development of highways and more housing on the protected green belt areas. Destroying these lands protecting the water table for Toronto region is totally irresponsible, not to mention paving over the marshlands containing some of the best agricultural land in the world.Claiming more land near Paris will not help the Toronto area in the future. The western outskirts have already enough water trouble with Nestle siphoning so much water at Rick bottom prices.
