It is wrong to rush the development of 1.5 mln houses. How can we assure the impact on environment? On urban sprawl? On commuting? On other municipal services?
We need more high density housing in Toronto and no single family homes at all. For those who want a single family home should look for it outside big cities like Toronto. We have enough people here already and can hardly cope with highways overcrowding and transit crowds.
