I hope I can count on you to vote against Bill 23. With OPA 38 and now Bill 23 Pickering is at severe risk of traffic chaos - climate impact, insufficient infrastructure and further impact to our ever escalating property taxes. Your future is at risk. Please start listening to your community and environmental specialists. Voters want affordable housing but not at this cost. How convenient for the Conservative Party that there was no mention of this during the provincial or municipal elections. This Bill is a direct hit to Democracy with only Developers who pay for Conservatives campaigns will benefit.
