This is not the appropriate use for this land. I believe changing zoning for other areas to allow for higher density development is appropriate.
If Greenbelt IS to be repurposed no matter the public comments, it should only be for 100% affordable housing. If this cannot be done, it should be reconverted back to protected Greenbelt.
