There is absolutely no reason why any Greenbelt land needs to be removed for development. We have more than enough land already available and many opportunities to build more medium density homes within the serviced areas that exist. It’s disgusting that the government is giving developers the inside track which has allowed them to induce and profit. Shame on you. This bill is greatly flawed and cannot proceed. Shame!
