The proposal is not assistive towards the goal set forth. It does not address the type of residential properties to be built, nor sets out any concrete path to any minimum density of population that these appropriated areas must meet.
Prior to the release of any greenbelt land should be a full and extensive plan towards the usage of such lands by the developer. All planning must be completed, presented to the public and approved by the public within one-year of the passing of this amendment. An ecological impact assessment report must be included in this planning. A clause must be included that states all parties involved in the endeavour shall provide any and all documents immediately upon request, as full transparency, or the land/property shall immediately revert and be reincorporated into the greenbelt with NO FURTHER attempts to be made to remove such lands from the greenbelt
