I am sadened that more land is being sacrificed to urban spawl.
Dense mixed zoning with good public transit is what we need. Million dollar homes that require a lot of expensive road infrustructure will only add to traffic congestion and continue to drain money from all the maintenance and repare infrustructure for high traffic requires.
