Changes to the Greenbelt…

Changes to the Greenbelt should not be considered. As Toronto and the GTA grow into a larger mega city the green space is precious. It is not needed to build housing either. What is needed is a proper use of the available land of which there is plenty. Development with strong public housing additions/rules and adequate transit between municipalities. Taking away the sliver of space that is the Greenbelt is not a solution. It is corruption plain and simple. We know developers have already purchased parcels and are advocating for the protections to be rescinded. It is corruption to allow that.
