It would be nice if short term minded politicians would stop selling important and/or natural assets of our province/country off in order to line their dirty pockets with cash so that they can gloat over "lowering" the debt ceiling while sitting their short length in office, get pats on the back from their out of touch elitist friends, and then jump ship and disappear with their earnings while leaving the problem to the next schmuck who gets in.
It is absolutely disgraceful that these people do this stuff time and time again, get away with it, and nothing can be done to go after them and hold them accountable all for the sake of personal gain and greed.
