This plan MUST be scrapped entirely. How dare you continue to line the pockets of wealthy developers even more while screwing over Ontarians? There is absolutely NO guarantee you crooks will ensure any new development will be made affordable. There is ZERO trust in the PC government and you need to scrap this plan!
