I question the density of…

I question the density of housing that will be built on this land. Large properties with detached homes for the wealthy are not worth sacrificing the greenbelt for and will do little to ease the housing crises which is affecting those with less means. Also the developers currently aren't constrained by available land so why not have them use what they already have first. Ontario's natural beauty is part of what makes living here so wonderful and is worth preserving when there are other better options available.
