Do not develop the green belt with urban sprawl!! We need smart development that is affordable on infrastructure costs, and affordable housing. The plan as presented destroys prime farming land, and virgin forest land needed for our commitments to reduce greenhouse emissions and important to recharge our water aquifers. This plan only benefits developers who want to make a lot of easy money and wealthy who can afford these monsters homes.
