We need to support the gains…

We need to support the gains made over the pandemic for work from home and review our infrastructure and housing needs within that frame. Work no longer needs to be done in a centralized location, we do not need housing density within commutable distance of those locations. Housing should be built on lands that are already available or brown belt. Infrastructure to support could be built there too. This proposal is based upon data that is outdated given the large societal change that has happened in the passed could of years, one which the government should be supporting and helping to maintain
