I believe this plan to be counterproductive. Creating more sprawl will only cause more problems. The green belt was created the protect drinking water sources and help control flooding. This will only lead to more flooding in Toronto. For each home built on these lands you will put 2-4 more cars on the already crowded roads. There is lots of land within town and city limits to build housing on. Mr. Ford you are not fooling anyone this is not affordable housing for your constituents it's payback for your cronies.
