We have a huge housing…

We have a huge housing problem right now in our cities. But the answer is not to destroy Ontario's prime farmland and important natural ecosystems. We need low-income housing in cities, not in suburbs.

But my biggest concern is the the resulting property tax increases that will result from this legislation. We did not vote Progressive Conservative to end up with higher taxes. There is no way cities can support this type of infrastructure without huge property tax revenue. This is going to cripple municipalities and is absolutely inane fiscal management.
