Accountability and transparency is non-existent in the decision to move forward in developing the greenbelt and any other protected lands.
Alternative means to introduce housing that is not irresponsible nor to line political and developer pockets do exist, but one must be collaborative and open minded, something that is clearly not occurring here.
Moving forward with this displays a large failure in leadership and is another example of poor management, governance, and overt eco-prejudice and eco-racism.
