I am deeply concerned about this proposal and vehemently opposed to it.

This is a harmful proposal for short term financial gain, lacking any logical, responsible long-term conscience. It sets a dangerous and frightening precedent for our protected natural spaces. This short term financial gain will destroy forests, wetlands, farmland, habitat for at risk species and encourage increased car travel, reducing Canada’s ability to meet its climate targets.

I am dismayed and disappointed that proposals such as this are even brought to the table - that greed is the driving force behind development in Ontario.

I strongly oppose this proposal and urge you to ensure it doesn't become reality.
