The original Toronto Centred Plan was the best plan . A group of Satellite Cities connected to Toronto by transit and highways. No development on the west side of Bathurst Street through Vaughan Township , King Township and Simcoe County. There is already an abundance of development land located in East Gwillimbury, Simcoe County and Eastern Ontario.
It is time for the Government and Financial Institutions to send some jobs to the Satellite Cities. The Administrative Centre that I use for the TD Bank in the United States is located in upstate Lewiston Maine, not New York City or Toronto.
