Moving the energy acts back…

Moving the energy acts back to the 1998 version is ridiculous. We are in the future, our needs as a society have dramatically increased and differentiated since that time. Rather than going back, why not create a new and effective act? Don't go back to old ways, create a new path!

Additionally, the idea of requiring a "need" for renewable energy to attain an approval is beyond ridiculous. It should be encouraged to go to renewable sources, not putting up blocks to stop the process. I am vehemently against that idea.
