I believe Bill 23 is a HUGE mistake , and on top of this , it is totally contrary to statements /commitments made by various members of the provincial government in just the last year!
We need to plan for future generations, housing is an issue, but the Greenbelt is far more important. I believe the government has bowed to the wishes of developers, not the citizens of the province.
