The decision to develop the green belt is unconscionable. Sure it will benefit the developers who will build more UNAFFORDABLE housing. There was a promise to preserve this land by previous governments and to break that promise will destroy invaluable habitat for wildlife, and pave over much needed recreational land for Ontario citizens. Now more than ever, we need our green space for health and well being.
Please don’t let this happen!
