This is an absolute travesty. I moved to Canada expecting that in this country and in Ontario that promises would be kept, democracy would prevail and science would be a driving factor in decision making. Stop this farce. Keep the green belt green. Think about our children and their future. Less green belt = less nature and higher risk of implications from climate change related catastrophe. If you believe we are not vulnerable here in Southern Ontario you have another thing coming. Oh - and stop taking bribes from developers. We see you.
