To whom it may concern,

Bill 4 appears impulsive and poorly conceived. It embarrasses me as a Canadian who calls Ontario my home that a newly elected leader of the province would attempt to implement such a short-sighted and exclusive bill. Canada is far behind in implementing legislations towards cleaning our energies, industries and lifestyles and Bill 4 would only push it further back. We used to have a beautiful country but it is burning up and being poisoned rather quickly by the industries we allow to act without regulations. I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. Please show some integrity and vision and work towards the targets and obligations of the Paris Climate Agreement.
I want a real climate change plan to reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs in the $26 trillion clean economy.
I want Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2050.
I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies and redirect this money to clean energy solutions.
