Firstly, I would like to say that you are a liar, regardless whether there is a housing crisis. The housing crisis has been growing for years, this is not a new phenomenon. You cannot develop the greenbelt. Secondly, I would like to propose alternatives to your "plan". One such idea would be to repurpose old buildings into government funded apartments. Another idea would be to impose rent limits so they can actually be affordable. Please do not go back on your word by developing the greenbelt. Don't destroy more of our natural environment for monetary gains that only help the big corporations!
