We have already agreed the Greenbelt is to be protected for the coming generation. Unchecked development will destroy a fragile environment and cause overgrowth and many other unforeseen problems.
Better to stop the overgrowth and the commercialization of this area, Metro Toronto and to being to create incentives to redirect commerce and living spaces to other less populated areas, with attention to smart development that keeps affordability and environmental protection as a priority.
NO FOREIGN investments.
Lets get smart and look at all the root causes of the escalation of housing and rental prices in Ontario. Affordable housing for low income people!! Seniors are left out of the housing equation.
Decisions made today shape all of our futures. Those in power are responsible. Know all will be accounted for. Please make decisions that support communities and families, not profits.
