It is inconceivable that, in 2023, when the world is in turmoil and the effects of climate change are all around us, that a bunch of know-nothings would try to pave over the Greenbelt.
The land is not needed for housing, and the government's own Expert Panel explained how the crisis could be eased by using already-built-up land for housing.
The sale of Greenbelt lands in recent months REEKS of CORRUPTION. Surely the Integrity Commissioner and/or the courts can delay the process for three years when the people of Ontario can oust this bunch of yahoos from Queen's Park.
