Strongly object to these changes. Our Township of Pusinch is an aggregate region and therefore will become an excess soil magnet region in the near future. Much more research needs to be done on contamination levels in "low contamination areas" before cessation of testing should even be considered. The same holds for stockpiling and the associated risks of contamination in bulk and subsequent leaching. Given the economic value of excess soil management , there is no reason why these changes need to be made.
