Please see attached our summary infrastructure servicing technical memo in support of the proposed amendments to the Green Belt Plan under ERO postings 019-6216; specific to Map 3. These land are readily serviced as outlined in our memo and add additional housing in Richmond Hill furthering the objectives of Bill 23 – More Homes, Built Faster Act, 2022.
