As much as we need to have housing to accomodate the incoming immigrants and the needs of Ontarians, green belt is the one thing that keeps Ontario beautiful. It's necessary for the wildlife, it's necessary for the residents and it's necessary for the environment as a whole. Please do not encroach on the green belt. Leave it as it is. Expand the infrastructure, create the required services and create ease of access. That is a very cost effective and win win approach to this issue. Unless the goal is to stuff pockets of ford nations donors, stay away from the green belt.
