I disagree with the approach…

I disagree with the approach that takes land away from the Greenbelt and then adds more somewhere else. So why not use the "added" lands for this housing proposal.

The Greenbelt land was designated as "protected "and it has not been explained by the government as how "protected lands" were allowed to be sold to companies that are known to be developers.

No mention has been made of environmental building techniques; as in using solar panels. We can't keep building in the same old ways.

Most communities need more affordable rental units, they don't need more 'luxury' developments, any development proposal needs to include a large percentage of affordable units.
