Please rescind Bill 23. Please listen to the citizens. I am horrified that while the rest of the world understands the importance of protecting our environment the Ford government is actively working against that and making changes that cannot be undone. The perfect storm of our undemocratic first-past-the-post system, and voter fatigue and citizen pademic exhaustion, and contrived tricks (buying votes eg.licence fee return) gave the Ford government a majority. It did not give the FORD governemnt the province. The money you are spending is not yours. It belongs to the people of ON. The land you have allowed to be sold is NOT yours. It belongs to the people of ON. You are supposed to be making plans and decisions on our behalf. Please listen to the citizens. You promised you would not touch the green belt. You are tricking us again saying you are providing affordable homes while taking precious farm land and wetlands but those homes will be affordable only for a few. They will require infrasturucture paid for by all the citizens. TWENTY BILLION dollars to build a highway that won't really help anybody while the 407 is underused. You say you must honor the 99 year agreement but you don't honor anything else. Stop highway 413, buy back 407, and reverse Bill 23. Restore the wetlands and farm land to the rightful owners.
