This is a hard 'no' for Ontario's residents and taxpayers. We do not want to exploit protected land for building high cost sprawl, that must be serviced by auto-dependent lifestyles. This land was set aside for protection for a reason. There is plenty of space to intensify development along existing rail-based transit corridors.
