I live within walking…

I live within walking distance of the Oak Ridges Moraine and was raised in the Niagara Region. I worry for the future of these lands if the proposed greenbelt amendments are approved. Our ecosystems work as one unified, living space and don’t respond well to artificial boundaries imposed by humans. Our children run in these forests, explore the rivers and learn about their connection to the natural world through their interactions with these lands. Many people make a living working the crops in Niagara- a resource rich area that needs protection so it exist for generations to come.
Please reconsider these amendments and explore other ways to support sustainable growth in Ontario.
