Proposed Plans to expand into Greenbelt and farmlands is not the best solution to achieve housing needs. Plus, it is not the best cost-effective solution, by expanding costly infrastructure. The solution is to build housing on existing under-utilized urban lands and increasing density to 6 stories. Eg: Paris, Rome, Barcelona.
