The purpose of this bill is to funnel profit towards Doug Ford's developer friends and donors. The future environmental impact has been ignored for the sake of profit and greed. They will simply pass on the future environmental disasters and cost to the next generations.

There is plenty of viable land outside of the Green Belt, and does not require rezoning.

With the projected immigration numbers in the coming years, we would require more dense building types as opposed to single family homes that contribute to increased urban sprawl and tax deficits.
