The decision to rezone lands…

The decision to rezone lands designated as protected and or green spaces is specious at worst and short sighted at best. In essence it pushes affordable housing further away from urban centres with little to know consideration of how those who would most benefit from these magically affordable homes will be able to get to and from work?
If you tell me that another highway is the solution to this issue I will know you have done absolutely zero due dilligence on behalf of the citizens of this province.

Allowing developers a free hand at these lands without paying for development charges and then underfunding health care and education at the same time demonstrates a spectacular lack of vision and a truly malicious spirit in your public service.

The environment matters. Affordable housing matters. You can do much better than making your backers richer on the backs of the poor and the environment.
