Cancel Bill 23! Our cities are full of undeveloped, underdeveloped, and neglected lands that are ripe for development for medium-density and high-density housing. We could build great cities if we planned and developed great neighbourhoods. Simply opening up forests and farmland to developers is easy for the developers, but bad for the environment, and for developing communities.
