This plan is appalling. It seems a joke to call it a plan when it is just disregarding environmental assessments in favor of giving money to developers. The idea that land could be reverted back to the green belt is laughable. You can't cut down trees that are hundreds of years old and chop through habitats and expect that replanting will put things back the way they were. The river behind my house is already choked with silt every time it rains from shoddy development and I haven't heard an owl since the ridiculously tall and poorly contained lights were installed on the 400. You're destroying the environment.
