Do not touch the last bit of healthy Greenland that surrounds us!!! Focus on the abandoned lots and old factories near the cities. This will not end the housing crisis. Affordable rentals for families around $1000 will be the answer! Not building more new houses with expensive mortgages. Bank interest rates are horrible and are the cause of people loosing there homes.
