I have many questions that I would like to hear answers on:
What is the point of having a greenbelt, if the plan is to develop it whenever we feel like it?
I thought the long range plan to deal with population growth was to build up not out? Why has this changed?
Do the Ontario PC’s not believe in Climate change? The Science is overwhelmingly telling us that we have to make many changes to stop the effects of Climate change.
Bill 23 only seems to be beneficial to housing developers. Waving development fees that should be going municipalities. How will the municipalities pay for the infrastructure to support the increase in housing/population? (Bowmanville traffic is a disaster because the population has grown faster than the infrastructure to support it)
This bill must be reversed, it is terrible for Ontario. Please do what is best for Ontario, stop this bill
