I don't support this proposal. I believe it will make it easier for private developers to push for continued urban sprawl, alongside the obvious devastation to our immediate surrounding green spaces, agricultural land, and bio diverse areas. This will not be beneficial to our health and wellness long term if we deplete our environment of the green belt which we so desperately need to protect.

Adding Lots which are concentrated in one specific area (See Addition Map A.pdf) to the green space does not outweigh the impact of tearing away at small chunks of greenbelt in multiple locations (See Redesignations or Removals Map 1 to 11.pdf). Citizens need to be able to access green space in their local neighborhoods. If the greenbelt is concentrated away from local suburban spaces, then there is no benefit that the greenbelt can give to people who have a right to the natural non-urban world around them.

Protect the greenbelt. Invest in apartments to slow down urban sprawl. Stop the 413, and prevent further development that is directly linked to unnecessary greed.
