Terrible idea. This is short-sighted policy. We do not need more sprawl, and many experts have confirmed that we do not actually have a shortage of land. This is a slippery slope to allow developers to simply lobby to have land removed from the Greenbelt. We need to protect it at all costs.
Also Bill 23 is also bad legislation. We need to protect wetlands and biodiversity, not gut protections.
