Climate change is real. As an Ontarian, what our province does to mitigate the effects of climate change is incredibly important to me, and to my community. Please, please, please listen to the scientists and to the knowledge of experts. Follow their recommendations for what our province can do to impact a reduced carbon footprint. This will save Ontarians money, and will promote a better quality of life for us all.
Please do not simply cut, for the sake of cutting in order to reclaim money for today. Make the informed choices for our future that will save us money in the years to come. For our present, and for the lives of all Ontarians who will inherit this place that we live, love, and grow in.
Let us be an example to our nation and to the world of how democratic leadership can create lasting positive change.
