I fully support the idea of 3 residential units in one home in Mississauga. All I see in my neighbourhood homes is under utilisation of prime urban space with such a costly infrastructure built around it. But if city honestly wants to increase housing supply then it should allow 3 units to be built in the existing home rather than forcing people to build a garden suite. So many of the already existing homes in Mississauga have potential for 3 units in different parts of the home while following Ontario building code. I can present city officials my own existing home design as a perfect example of potential 3 units in existing building.
