Do these plans/policies remove land from the existing or former Greenbelt for development? Do these plans destroy wetland for development? If yes then I would like to register my opposition to the policy/ plan with this comment. Have all opportunities to build new housing within existing communities been fully explored? This is where housing experts believe real affordable housing will be created with the density to create livable cities. Has the Crown discharged its legal responsibility under section 35 of the 1982 Constitution Act, to consult meaningfully and accommodate affected Indigenous peoples?
